Time Management Modules


Welcome to the Time Management online learning portal

Here you will find all the learning materials needed to complete your course of study in Human Social Functioning and become a certified Human Social Functioning Practitioner with a licence to use the Heimler Scale of Social Functioning tool.

The first thing you need to do is to register with the British Association of Social Functioning as a HSF Student Member. You can do this by clicking on the following link and filling in the online form. Once you have completed the form, you will need to log back into this training site.

Please use the following answers in the relevant sections:

Place and year of HSF training – HSF student currently training.
Name of HSF Tutor – David Collingwood Bell / Rachel Spurr

There is no fee to pay to BASF until you have qualified and join as a full member.

You are required to ‘virtually’ attend two Group Tutorials during your course of study. The details of these are shown in the ‘Events’.

Time to get started with your learning journey

Below are all the modules you will need to complete, to fulfil the requirements of the HSF course.

  • You will need to work through each module in turn.
  • They consist of a mixture of learning methods including, reading, audio clips, video clips, activities and tutorials.
  • At the end of each module is short quiz you will need to complete and pass to move onto the next module.
  • There are a series of assignments you will have to complete during the course. Instructions for these are included within the relevant modules. You can upload your completed work via the website, just follow the instructions on the assignment page.
  • If you have any queries as you are studying, you can email the tutors via the ‘submit question’ button.

So, now it’s time to click on the title of the first module and let your journey begin.
