Hypnotherapy sessions usually last for about an hour and cost £50.
Sessions usually take place at Wrexham Wellness Centre (above Schwarz Opticians), Charles Street, Wrexham, LL13 8BT with Rachel or at Oxford House Clinic, Oxford Road, Llandudno, LL30 1DH with Karen.

What is hypnotherapy?
If you have ever found yourself day dreaming or been so absorbed in a book or the TV and lost track of time, then you have experienced the natural state of a hypnotic trance.
We use the hypnotic trance to relax your conscious mind, allowing suggestions to be communicated directly with your unconscious mind in a very focused way.
You always remain in control while hypnotised and can not be made to do anything you do not wish to do.
Often people experience a heightened sense of awareness and feel deeply relaxed.
The number of Hypnotherapy sessions you will need, depends on what you are trying to achieve, as a guide, often between 3 and 6 sessions is sufficient.
Hypnotherapy is based on building a trusting relationship between yourself and the therapist. During your first session with the hypnotherapist, there will be an opportunity to ask questions and decide if hypnotherapy feels right for you and if you want to continue with further sessions.
