The aim of the course is to increase your awareness and skill levels so you can:

  • Recognise the different styles and approaches used in negotiating.
  • Understand when to use the various styles and approaches and how to respond to them being used by others.
  • Understand how to recognise different communication styles, including your own preferred style and the impact they have on negotiating and influencing.
  • Plan effectively for and positively manage yourself in negotiations.

 

Our training style is experiential, during the day you will experience the learning through a variety of individual and group exercises and discussions.
