We facilitate a programme of workshops, meetings and activities, where we walk you through the process, so you both learn skills and end up with a useable plan that maps out the way forward, which people are bought into achieving.
The three core elements in our programme are outlined below.
- Core purpose, values and goals workshops – the vision of where you want to get to and setting out the culture you want foster
- Strategy and operational planning workshops/meetings –the plan of how best to get there, bringing your people with you
- Implementing change – through our programme and project management support we assist you in making the changes a reality
If you are short on capacity, we can also offer support in bringing the plans together based on the information generated in the workshops.

Our executive coaches create a challenging but safe environment, where you can be pushed out of your comfort zone, have your ideas challenged and stimulate your thinking, so you continue your personal and professional development. This can be done on a 1-1 basis and we can also coach your Leadership and Management teams [see high performing teams]. Our executive coaches have been leaders and managers and are experienced at working with Chief Executives, Directors and Senior Managers in both the private and public sectors, with a good understanding of the different working environments and challenges faced.
How you have your 1-1 coaching is up to you and what you want to achieve – some people like to have intensive 2 or 3 half or full day coaching sessions over a few weeks, other people prefer to have more regular 2 hour monthly sessions over a few months. Sessions can be face to face or by telephone or by skype or a combination of these.
New Leader or Manager

Our executive coaches can work with you through your first 6 months in your new role. Use your coach as a safe, reliable sounding board, to test out your thinking and ideas, as well as gaining new skills through your coaching interactions. Our executive coaches have been there too and are experienced at working with Chief Executives, Directors and Senior Managers in both the private and public sectors, with a good understanding of the different working environments and challenges faced.
How you have your coaching is up to you and what you want to achieve – often new leaders and managers prefer to have regular 2 hour fortnightly coaching sessions over the six months, but sometimes people like to have one or two intensive half or full day coaching sessions during the period as well. Sessions can be face to face or by telephone or by skype or a combination of these.
Aspiring Leaders and Managers
your next success
Moving towards your next promotion with support from one of our executive coaches. Your coach will work with you to identify the skills and experience needed and opportunities to gain them, to move towards the promotion you desire. You will gain new skills through your coaching and opportunities to prepare and practice for interviews.
How you have your coaching is up to you and what you want to achieve – often aspiring leaders and managers prefer to have 3 or 4 sessions over a few weeks to get themselves on their journey, followed by further adhoc sessions to review progress or to prepare specifically for job interviews. Sessions can be face to face or by telephone or by skype or a combination of these.
